Job Description:


We are looking for an amazing HR Adviser who will help make Devoteam UK a place where people love coming to work.

In this role, you will provide HR support to our Head of People (HR).


Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities can be broken down into the areas below:

  • Manage the onboarding of new hires
  • Process righttowork documents through Experian
  • Manage our employee benefits programme
  • Maintain our employee handbook and company policies
  • Participate in global projects
  • Support holiday and sickness monthly reporting
  • Improve on the new starter and leavers process
  • Provide general administrative HR support

Events

  • Manage the quarterly Town Hall
  • Summer and Christmas parties
  • Manage local initiatives to support employee engagement
  • Employee milestone celebrations and gifts

Who we're looking for
You will be highly organised, outgoing, and energetic. You care about and love working with others.

You are comfortable juggling competing priorities under pressure, whilst still able to get the job done well with a smile on your face.


Skills and experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, detailoriented multitasker
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Able to prioritise tasks without direction to meet business goals
  • Previous experience in human resources preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and software
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage
  • Working towards CIPD qualification would desirable
