Job Title - Team Administrator

Location - The Children's Trust, Tadworth

Contract Type - Permanent
*****Full Time

  • 37.5 hours per week*****
    Salary £21,866 £26,534 (dependent on experience)

You will provide information management support, proactively leading on specific projects, by researching, analysing information, and scoping requirements and the production and coordination of management data from the organisations financial and people management systems.

Role Requirements

  • Dealing with incoming mail, prioritising, redirecting or responding to items as appropriate
  • Maintaining a register of contracts across the Directorate.
  • Supporting the Director of Fundraising & Communications and Team Heads to evidence
regulatory compliance, referring to the Fundraising Regulator, GDPR, Gambling

  • Commission and other regulatory requirements as appropriate.
  • Support the team to deliver our Supporter Promise and provide the highest levels of
customer service to all TCT supporters.

  • Facilitate the induction and training of new staff; collate mandatory training and compliance
reports for whole team.

  • Carry out projectbased work for team heads including desk research as required.
  • Maintain effective manual and computerised filing/record systems including confidential
files.

  • Manage team resources, including stationery and other procurement for the Directorate.
  • Facilitate the provision of reports for fundraising, retail and communications committees
and sub-groups, including quarterly performance reports, insights and dashboards.

  • Coordinate meetings and visits for the team
  • Coordinating diaries and facilitating the organisation of meetings and events
  • Ensuring that meetings are effectively supported in terms of venue, accommodation,
equipment, refreshments.

  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to coordinate meeting requests.
  • Coordinate team leadership meetings and away days, ensuring that agenda's and actions are issued efficiently.


With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail.

You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

We also expect staff to have taken or be willing to take relevant immunisations required by the role to protect them against infectious diseases, (unless you are medically exempt).
