Reed HR are recruiting for a
HR Assistant to join our client on a part time temporary basis (6 months)

This is a
fully remote, home based position on 3 days per week (first 1 to 2 weeks to be full time to allow handover with HR Manager)


Responsibilities:


  • Point of contact for HR queries, supporting approximately 40 employees.
  • HR support to the UK Senior Management Team and UK General Manager.
  • Payroll administration, submitting the monthly payroll to the payroll provider.
  • Administration of benefits schemes to include Private Medical, Health Cash Plan, company cars and pension schemes.
  • Onboarding/off boarding of employees
  • Dealing with low level ER cases and escalating these as appropriate
  • Working with the wider HR Team on global initiatives such as annual performance reviews/bonus etc.
