Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Case Handler Apprentice.

As an apprentice, you will receive full training and support from the Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and qualification.

Purpose of the role.
To manage and progress medical legal claims for compensation, ensuring that the business operates with the upmost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers, clients, and suppliers regarding a range of queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that they are kept fully always updated with the progress of the case_._
Booking our clients appointments considering distance and convenience for the client.
Achieving personal and team KPI targets including call quality measures, efficiency, and attendance.
To adhere to company policies/procedures as advised by management and noted within the employee handbook.
Work in line with data protection and confidentiality guidance.
Ensuring first time resolution by displaying a thorough knowledge of all processes and understanding the needs of the customer.
Regularly review processes and provide suggestions for efficiencies on team.
Identify and escalate any issues accordingly.
