THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, based in Sheffield.


THE JOB:

This is a full time, permanent role, offering hybrid working.


As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.

This is a very generalist role, with a strong focus with ER, whilst working within a busy environment.

Within this role you will also:

  • Assisting with grievances and investigations
  • Guiding line managers through best practise
  • Escalate certain ER issues to the HR Manager when applicable
  • Be comfortable updating data onto relevant systems

THE PERSON:


This role would suit someone who has experience in HR, and has an interest within the ER side of HR.


You will also:

  • Be an excellent administrator
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Employment Law and HR practises
  • Good understanding of GDPR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident in guiding line managers on ER issues

BENEFITS:


  • Salary between £25,000 £27,000
