THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, based in Sheffield.

THE JOB:

This is a full time, permanent role, offering hybrid working.

As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.

This is a very generalist role, with a strong focus with ER, whilst working within a busy environment.

Within this role you will also:

Assisting with grievances and investigations
Guiding line managers through best practise
Escalate certain ER issues to the HR Manager when applicable
Be comfortable updating data onto relevant systems

THE PERSON:

This role would suit someone who has experience in HR, and has an interest within the ER side of HR.

You will also:

Be an excellent administrator
Very strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of Employment Law and HR practises
Good understanding of GDPR
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Confident in guiding line managers on ER issues

BENEFITS:

Salary between £25,000 £27,000
Onsite parking
Hybrid working
