Our client, a growing company within hospitality, is looking to hire an Operations Team Leader, this role will have 2 direct reports and will be based on site 5 days per week on a full time permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities for the Operations Team Leader: -
  • Managing the partnerships within the company
  • Leading a team of 2 direct reports ensuring rotas are correct and identifying any training needs
  • SWOT analysis
  • Working closely with internal teams such as buying and warehouse to ensure operations are running at optimum efficiency

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Team Leader:

  • Experience working in an operations/supply chain role or similar
  • Confident building external relationships
  • Experience leading a team
