About Our Client:
This reputable manufacturer within the industrial sector provide innovative solutions to construction businesses in over 50 countries worldwide. The business prides themselves on their personal and high quality service and long lasting relationships with customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Working closely with other internal teams including sales and logistics you will resolve customer queries and update systems to provide details or changes to key customer accounts.
- Ensure that the ERP/CRM system is accurately maintained with changes to orders, account details and that follow up processes with key customer accounts are logged.
- Coordinate and manage contract review process to timely and satisfactory conclusion.
- Provide support to other departments including the order processing team when required.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be motivated and willing to juggle busy workloads in a calm manner
- Be IT efficient including Microsoft office and Outlook
- Previous experience in a sales admin role or experience using an ERP/CRM system to process data
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile to provide top quality service
