Lead Gas Engineer PT&E -Plant, Tools and Equipment**
Contract type: 12 month FTC
Working hours:
42 hours per week
Location:
Chesterfield - East Midlands
Salary:
Entry point £28,61- rising to £31,794 once fully trained

About the role
Operatives working within Cadent's Plant, Tools and Equipment process carryout routine testing, maintenance, fault finding and rectification on a wide range of mechanical and portable electrical equipment including hazardous area approved apparatus.
Thisincludes, but is not limited to, work on gas detection equipment, bagging off and drilling equipment, fire extinguishers, generators, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment and other safety related items.
About you
We're looking for people who act with pride, purpose and ownership to join us, along with having:
- Mechanical plant maintenance experience
- ideally experience with the above-mentioned equipment.
- Previous experience working within a workshop maintenance and testing environment.
- A full valid UK driving licence
