GROUPS COORDINATOR - Angela Shanley Associates Ltd.

Booking Management: You will manage the operation of all accepted offers assigned to you in accordance to company guidelines ensuring you reconfirm any options at the time of confirmation. You will ensure any documentation is communicated clearly and on time to our overseas partners along with following correct procedure for any issued vouchers or e-tickets when the time comes.

You will co-ordinate with overseas partners, updating sales figures & trip details with local suppliers as and when required ensuring NX is loaded correctly and always up to date with the latest figures.

This may also involve quoting for additional services, negotiating with suppliers and updating dates/routes.

Quotes: When requested you will be involved in the quoting of new requests which may also involve requesting a date or a series of dates from a range of local suppliers and researching suitable products & services according to the needs of the group & budget. You will also support the group sales team with following up on quoted groups and chasing options as directed.

Payments & Invoicing: You will issue pro-forma invoices requesting deposit & final payments according to the terms offered at the time of quoting or as per existing credit agreements. Likewise, you will also ensure any suppliers requiring pre-payment are paid on time following existing company procedure.

Tariffs: You will understand our use of price codes and which overseas partners benefit from those respective codes. Should you notice any inconsistency in any of the tariffs you will alert the Procurement team accordingly.


The progress of bookings and their operation will be closely monitored to ensure all team members are meeting quality & service levels.

You will ensure you meet those standards yourself and take responsibility for your work, encouraging others to do the same.


You should also make the Group Sales Executive / Group Sales Manager aware of any complaints you may be dealing with so they are able to provide support & guidance should you need.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
