Central London
Partner Financial are retained by an international organisation in the entertainment industry to search for a Head of Finance. Working alongside the CFO, you will be managing a high performing finance team with an inclusive and collegiate environment.

Thisrole will lead the Financial and Management reporting teams and take full ownership of the communication of financial performance of the company to the senior management team.

This position requires a strong communicator comfortable operating at Board level internally as well as with senior stakeholders externally. This is a truly global role and will involve a wide range of international interactions.


Key responsibilities:


  • Working with the regional leaders and their teams to support the future direction of the business, identifying financial risks
  • Business Partnering with budget holders to support them with budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing the annual budget as well as the rolling forecast for the organisation
  • Leading a team and preparing statutory financial statements for different entities across the business.
  • Completing month end and delivery of monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and commentary
  • Ensuring periodic tax filings are prepared and filed within the required timelines with the support of local advisors
  • Ensuring strong financial controls are implemented across the Group
  • Developing and maintain positive relationships with external and internal auditors ensuring a smooth audit process and strong year end delivery
  • Leading and assisting in project work as it arises
  • A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • Experience delivering in a senior Finance role across management reporting and corporate accounting
  • A natural team player with welldeveloped interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and cooperation
  • High degree of selfawareness, able to proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Experience managing and developing a high performing team
