Business Administrator - North Birmingham - Permanent - £26,000 - £28,000
Venn group is currently recruiting for a business administrator for a client in the North Birmingham area. This role will be full time based in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours.


The role will involve:

  • Support the organisation of administration support required across the department on a weekly basis ensuring all key objectives are met and all meetings etc are recorded/documented as necessary
  • Responsibility for key activities within the administrative function of the department, this may include project work, accessing key confidential information, or supporting others in bringing such information together
  • Maintain electronic diaries for the Estates and Facilities Team as required
  • Gather, organise and structure information/data to support and assist in the provision and production of high quality reports/documentation/business cases and general information as required
  • Responsible for the management of information associated to senior management team data, absence/holiday/change of information, manage any travel arrangements and expenses claims. Booking for conferences, courses and associations memberships
  • Gather, organise and structure information/data to support and assist in the provision and production of reports/documentation/business cases as required
  • To be able to undertake ad hoc activities to support the smooth running oof operational activities within the Department
  • Support and coordinate the allocation of administration support across the department from the available resources ensuring so as to ensure all activities are supported, recorded/documented and objects achieved across the various functions
