About the role
We're excited to be looking for an
Administration Leader to join our
Assessment Delivery team.


The Assessment Delivery team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes for all NCFE qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres.

The Assessment Delivery team ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.


How you'll make an impact:


  • Line management, including performance management, coaching, leadership and direction, of a team of Administrators
  • Overseeing the operations of the external assessment delivery and certification processes which are implemented by 3rd party suppliers (e.g., print, certification, secure couriers) and other external organisations (e.g. Standards and Testing Agency)
  • Providing recommendations to address any identified issues or improve processes, and providing root cause analysis on issues when required (specific to processes requirements)
  • Managing your own workload through accurate, efficient delivery of processes to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service along with meeting internal and external timescales (processes specific to role requirements)
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the team, managing and minimising risk, escalate potential breaches and Adverse Effects notification in a timely manner and identify potential improvements and efficiency opportunities

  • Experience of leadership or line management of others including coaching
  • Experience of managing resource
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to challenge, influence and negotiate
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Attention to detail, maintain high standards and ability to work with accurate details at all times
