My client are a market leading retailer who are seeing a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

- The Role**:
- Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their requirements.
- Inform customers about promotions and products which may be of interest to them to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain the database with uptodate customer information
- Investigate any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Build relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service and gain a working knowledge about their account
- Experience in a similar customer service or outbound role.
- Proactive approach to work
- IT literate
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage workload on a busy environment
- High attention to detail
