Based in offices in Rodmarton working for a family run business with a caring and positive attitude to work ethicsTraining for Full Customer Services role.
Interacting with other departments to resolve queries
Daily tasks and time management skills
Use of CRM Software
Use of Microsoft Office
Use of Excel
Liaison with in the field engineers
Liaison with Accounts department
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN APPRENTICESHIP ROLE IN LIAISON WITH CIRENCESTER COLLEGE
18-24 MONTH APPRENTICESHIP
QUALIFICATION ON COMPLETION
