As
Experienced Global Mobility Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Interact with senior internal and external personnel across the business on significant matters often requiring coordination between organisations
  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, referring to established precedents and policies, pursuing exceptions as needed
  • Guide HR colleagues on policy, framework and potential packages
  • Lead on specific region labour requirements to include Working Regulations and UK Right to Work Checks

Required skills and experience:


  • International global mobility experience
  • Quality driven, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Understand the registration and filing requirements associated with the existence of a PE
  • Effective communication skills able to deliver complex advice in an easytounderstand format for multiple business areas
  • A high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Able to solve problems pragmatically
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to flex and adapt in line with business priorities
  • Good influencing skills
