Venatu has the pleasure to work with a globally known truck and bus dealer who's currently looking to introduce a new
Regional Business Managerin their amazing team.

This role became available due to internal promotion and is a full-time, permanent position.

We are looking for exceptional Regional Business Manager who will be responsible for delivering thecommercial sales strategy for Renault Trucks.

Working with the dealers in your assigned region to secure New Trucks, LCV & Transport Solutions volumes in line with market company targets.

This field-based role covers the South of England including Essex, Kent, London, and the M4 corridor across to Cornwall.


A driving licence and willingness to travel is essential in this role.

Purpose of the role:


  • Providing development support for Regional Fleet
  • Development of the staff through coaching, identifying areas of improvement and meeting and working on competency gaps
  • Support in development engagement and assisting in key dealer customer visits if required.
  • Providing input on pipeline activity, forecasts, and emerging trends
  • Analysing the results of the sales delivery survey and development of action plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Conducting regular Business Meetings with Dealers to review their performance against targets including agreeing on action plans including followups in a timely manner
  • Support the development of dealer business plans, incorporating business strategies ensuring continuous growth and CRM development
  • Provision of appropriate Business intelligence on market trends and competitors' actions
  • You will manage offers to Dealers and negotiate with dealers on a portfolio of Retail customers to deliver Volume and strategic objectives in line with the business plan through assigned dealers
  • Has relevant industry and product knowledge with a good understanding of the dealer sales process
  • Possesses proven experience in account management, sales and customer service and Finance knowledge, including Funding of Business Assets
  • Will be commercially aware of local market/competitor activity knowledge
  • Has firstclass communication and presentation skills and can adapt to suit different audiences
  • Is IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office software
