Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety at all times
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role around 6 months
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with elderly individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
