An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Senior Administration Assistant to work within the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Digital Team.

You will be expected to be flexible and work in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.


Applicants will be expected to have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to display a high standard of communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Providing administration and project assistance within the Digital Team, to support programmes of work relating to the Trust's Digital Strategy

Independently manage, carry out and prioritise a variety of administrative and project tasks without direct supervision.


You will be required to work effectively with colleagues and staff at all levels across the department, organisation and wider health community.

You will be able to accurately record and provide information orally, in writing or electronically, information relating to specific projects or pieces of work may be of a sensitive/technical nature and there may be barriers to understanding.
