Description
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting an ERP Data Administrator to join our team in Leeds.The main purpose of the ERP Data Administrator is to provide an efficient and effective Data administration within the IFS ERP system across the NG Bailey Facilities Services, Senior Asset & PPM Data Manager.
Responsibilities:
You will:
- IFS ERP User Set Up and maintenance of employee data
- Subcontractor requisition processing for subcontractor planned preventative maintenance
Enter required pricing and visit data into IFS, generate the POs and then advise Contract Teams accordingly and advising of any issues.
q. Manage all queries in relation to subcontractor PPM requisitions.- Vivantio Ticket handling
- Provide administrative support to the Data & System Insight Team
- Review ways of working and looking for efficiencies in our processing
Requirements:
You will have:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Excel
- Previous Data administration experience, preferably including administration of data within an ERP system, Finance system or CAFM system
- Desirable
- Previous experience of IFS ERP system
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good administration, prioritisation and organisational skills.
