Ridiculously Rich by Alana are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join their team in their bakery in Aberystwyth.

You will be taking care of all our customer enquiries, responding to them efficiently and in a helpful and polite manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

With a variety of platforms and customers, this role requires someone organised, with excellent written customer service skills, a positive attitude and ability to manage their own workload.

There may be adhoc tasks on occasions as you will be within the office team, so on occasions may be asked to assist with printing, packing and general similar tasks.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

Ability to work well individually, take initiative and contribute to a team
Hard working and ability to work under pressure/to strict deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Focused and able to switch from task to task when required
Excellent communications skills
Passion and enthusiasm, positive attitude and motivated

The Customer Care Assistant will be required to work from the bakery premises in Aberystwyth.

Role will begin as 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday

(occasional overtime may be required during busy periods)
