This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join the Search Engine Optimisation Team as an Apprentice Content Creator.

The detail of this Apprenticeship standard is found below:

Content creator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education

As part of the RS Global SEO team, we are driving commercial performance and brand awareness through visibility on SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) within 32 markets.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, local market stakeholders, and our agency partners, this role offers the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in SEO and content marketing, whilst experiencing working in a high-performing team and collaboratively driving successful outcomes.

This is a 16 month Apprenticeship with an option to progress to a permanent position if the business circumstances allow.

This is an advanced apprenticeship, equivalent to A levels and will set you up for a career in marketing.

Main Duties:

Working closely with the SEO Content Specialist, you will support on delivering bestinclass, engaging digital content for our customers with a focus on the UK website
Uploading content to Contentful, our Content Management System (CMS)
Sourcing product imagery to accompany content
Creating briefs to request new imagery from our design team
Updating keyword lists for newly published content, to ensure all keywords are tracked in our keyword monitoring tools
Ensuring our sitemap file is kept up to date with newly published content URLs
Interlinking content from relevant category pages
Identifying potential opportunities for content optimisation
Daytoday liaising between agency and Digital Marketing Managers in each market

This is a Hybrid role so you must be able to work from home and either the Corby or London office. We are offering a £18k salary plus company benefits & 22 days paid holiday_
