To provide comprehensive administration/ secretarial support to Departmental team of Clinicians and other healthcare professionals. Point of contact for patients.

  • Accurate Audio typist.
  • Liaise with a range of departments to ensure patient records are up to date
and accurate with inpatient, day care, and outpatient investigatory results.

  • Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from all staff groups,
patients, relatives, carers, providing information.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritises competing demands.
