TH Solutions are proud to be recruiting a Support Worker to join our children's residential home we support children with complex needs associated with autism.

We embrace sector-leading practice and blend education, care and therapeutic support to providetailor-made placements for unique individuals.


A day in the life of a Support Worker involves:

  • Providing tailored support to the autistic children using our services
  • Assisting our Supported Individuals with daytoday tasks and decision making
  • Promoting independence by supporting with a range of educational, social, and workbased activities
  • Undertaking general housekeeping duties, plus elements of personal care
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.

To be a successful Support Worker you'll need:

  • A can-do attitude, resilient and reliable nature
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Enthusiasm to promote independence & choice
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential
  • The ability to work flexibly
  • Full UK Driving licence is preferable but not essential
