Position:
Talent Acquisition coordinator (6 month contract with potential to extend)


Reports to:
Talent Acquisition Lead Europe


Location:
London, United Kingdom


Position Summary:

Join the excitement of a Apellis ́s commercial build-up, launching a groundbreaking product in ophthalmology in Europe.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and team members to ensure alignment with recruitment priorities and needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage and organize recruitmentrelated documents and files.
  • Support in process improvement initiatives and adhoc projects.

Education, Registration & Certification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR.
  • Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands and work independently and with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced international environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR systems. Ideally Workday & Greenhouse.
  • Experience with scheduling tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated complex problemsolving ability and sound judgement.
  • Proactive, results driven, problem solver.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken. Additionally fluency in French, Italian or German preferred.
