JC CONSTRUCTION LTD are a busy Building Maintenance Company based within Knowsley. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing purchase and suppliers' invoices from receipt to payment stage
  • Inputting and managing payments on Sage Accounts.
  • Working with Stores to support with stock management and control
  • Monthly supplier payment runs ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed payment terms.
  • Managing sales invoices, and dealing with clients managing sales statements and payments
  • Dealing with queries relating to supplier and sales payments.
  • Supporting Contract Department with contract projects, appointing works, and
  • Allocating works to maintenance technicians
  • Dealing with Customers queries
  • Updating our Job Management Systems

Experience and Skills

  • Whilst the successful applicant will be given full training on all our inhouse systems, previous experience working within Sage or similar accounts package is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multitask your duties.
  • Motivated and keen to work in an office environment.
  • Applicant must be IT literate and good telephone skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000 to £22,000 per year

Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5pm
