Description

Support the operational management of complaints received by the Health Board, deputising for the Complaints Team Manager in their absence.


The post holder will be required to be proactive and dynamic in support of the planning and delivery of robust systems and processes, to ensure that all Complaints s are effectively managed within required timeframes.


Effective management will involve ensuring that lessons are learned and shared widely, that financial and reputation impact and risks are minimised, and that Concerns lead ultimately to contributing to continuous service improvement and the highest standards of patient care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family.
