Description

Our client are a dynamic and expanding business.

As they continue to expand they are currently seeking a hands on commercial finance professional to join them, As the finance person for this company your duties will include:

Manage the relationship with outsourced finance function
Ensure delivery of month end processes timely and accurately
Drive the financial processes and procedures implementing improvements t=so the business is able to scale up
Monthly management accounts production including commentary for the board packs
Take ownership of the budget, forecast and actuals
Review of cashflow planning and forecasting and highlighting working capital requirements
Work as a business partner to operations and non finance staff to drive performance across the business
Work closely with the board to drive and influence strategy for future growth

Ideally you will be an ambitious qualified accountant who has the ability to work autonomously and liaise with all levels of an evolving company
