Our Leicester Office is looking for an committed, self-motivated, articulate, and driven Student Lettings Negotiator, to join our busy office.

We aim to offer competitive & comprehensive services in lettings and require someone who is dynamic and target driven, with ambition to succeed in the lettings industry.

We offer a relaxed but professional working environment, in-house training and generous remuneration with a generous bonus structure.

Main Responsibilities Include:

Communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Arranging and attending property viewings and inspections
Matching suitable applicants to properties
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring company standards are always met

Key Skills Required

Outstanding customer service skills
Strong attention to detail.
Extremely motivated and target driven
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Well presented
Ability to work on your own initiative
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

Working Hours:
Monday

Friday 9am
5pm and every other Saturday 10.30am 1.30pm.

The successful applicant, must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, be able to manage their own time/diary and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
