Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated maintenance person.


Multi-skilled in carpentry, painting and decorating, electrics and plumbing to work on the estate in our commercial and private properties.

Tools and equipment provided.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£10.90-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leven: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

In person
