Customer Service Advisor Wanted - Thorbury

Pay Rate:
£12phr

Hours: 9:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday

Immediate Start

Adecco are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor on behalf of our client based in Thornbury. Our client are looking for someone on a temporary basis to support their customer service sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is available immediately with strong customer service skills

Duties:


  • Engaging with existing customers
  • Up selling to existing customers
  • Updating stock and price lists on website
  • Updating customer records on CRM system
  • Assisting with incoming calls

The Individual:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong system knowledge including Microsoft
  • Organised and efficient
  • Team player
