Description

We are looking for an Accommodation and Welfare Assistant to join our team at Kaplan Languages Oxford.

The Accommodation and Welfare Assistant works alongside the Accommodation and Welfare Manager to ensure the best option is available for students staying in our accommodation alongside monitoring the wellbeing of all our students.

They ensure all students have the best Kaplan Experience through top quality customer service and by making the welfare and safeguarding of students a priority.

Our students come to study with us from all over the world and while they are here, most stay in Kaplan arranged homestays or residences.

Working with and reporting to the Accommodation and Welfare Manager, your role will involve all aspects of managing the provision of this accommodation.

An important part of this role is working closely with the Accommodation and Welfare manager and other school staff to oversee and promote student welfare.
