12 month FTC to start asap- Based in Hemel Hempstead 3 days a week with hybrid working
About Our Client:
- Delivering comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participating in the resolution of employee relations issues
- Supporting recruitment, selection and induction processes
- Facilitating staff training and development programs
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services
- Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice
The Successful Applicant:
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD level
- Experience as a HR Advisor/ HR Generalist, confident with all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Able to advise and guide managers on complex HR issues
- Live locally to Hemel Hempstead and able to start a new role ASAP
- Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
