We are working with a large retail chain, based in Cardiff, that are looking for a Business Systems Coordinator.

They are looking for someone to plan, design, develop and launch efficient business in support of core organizational functions and business processes.


What you'll be doing

  • You will meet with decision makers and system owners to define business requirements.
  • Negotiate and control costs for business solutions.
  • Manage the implementation of business systems utilising internal and external resources.
  • Train users, allocate resources and resolving problems.
  • Investigate potential solutions for identified business issues.
  • Provide information to regarding the viability and practicability of business systems.
  • Document existing and new systems showing details of processes and data flow.

What you'll need to apply

  • Show adaptability to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Be responsible for own work load.
  • Desire to learn quickly and be part of a fast moving team.
  • Experience working with business systems
