Description

Working as part of a dedicated team,
this is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on their first / second office based customer service role.

The main focus of the role is to address to day to day requirements of their customers,including:


  • Helping customers get the most out of our software and guiding them through and queries they may have.
  • Onboarding new customers to the software.
  • Analysing customer needs and helping to plan the product's future.
  • Collaborating with other departments in the company where necessary.
  • Contributing directly to our user guide and support articles.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technology, with great customer service skills alongside:

  • English fluency, written and oral.
  • High standard of computer literacy.
  • Excellent customer manner.
  • The ability to think logically and pragmatically.
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work independently when required.
  • High competence in numeracy & writing.
  • Competency in composing easytofollow instructions.
The is based in a rural location, so you will need to be able to drive.

The role is being offered on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days in the office.
