this is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on their first / second office based customer service role.
- Helping customers get the most out of our software and guiding them through and queries they may have.
- Onboarding new customers to the software.
- Analysing customer needs and helping to plan the product's future.
- Collaborating with other departments in the company where necessary.
- Contributing directly to our user guide and support articles.
- English fluency, written and oral.
- High standard of computer literacy.
- Excellent customer manner.
- The ability to think logically and pragmatically.
- Selfmotivated and ability to work independently when required.
- High competence in numeracy & writing.
- Competency in composing easytofollow instructions.
The role is being offered on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days in the office.
