A forward-thinking, modern practice are seeking a Payroll Senior to join their team in Basildon._

Within this position you will also be supporting with HR. _(full training on the duties below will be given)_

Role:_

Payroll:

Managing a portfolio of 80 payroll clients
Building a working relationship with clients
Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls payrolls for various clients across different industries
Communicate with clients and third parties on their behalf, such as HMRC and pension providers
Process auto enrolment pensions and compliance with the pensions regulator
Systems, BrightPay, and pension's NEST/Aviva

Admin/HR Assistant:

Internal HR (Handbooks, holiday management, onboarding new staff)
Internal policy and procedures (incl. Health & Safety)
Management of IT / main contact
Other ad hoc admin tasks

- £30,000 - £36,000

20 days holiday + bank holiday (rising to 25days) + Birthday day off

£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
