Candid's goal is to provide a service whereby all mothers and fathers can protect their family in the event of illness, injury,or death.
With an aggressive growth strategy, Candid plans to revolutionise the UK Protection market by enhancing products and services through further acquisition in combination with pinpoint vision.
The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Identify value creation opportunities from customer data
- Call customers and reengage interest for protection advisors to manage
- Conduct welcome calls to new clients and identify any further opportunities
- Supporting protection advisors with administrative duties
- Answering inbound enquiries
- Make outbound calls in high volume
- Represent the business to a high standard via all forms of communication
Essential Skills and Experience
- No direct experience required full training given
- Confident and personable
- Organised and diligent
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- A strong customer services outlook and desire to protect customers
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond
