Description

The successful applicant would be responsible for supporting the Team Manager and senior clinical staff in establishing and maintaining high standards and continual improvement within the established governance framework.

You will also be responsible for the implementation of care pathways with the aim to deliver service models which are effective, responsive and supportive of the whole care pathway approach.
