We are looking for an extremely engaging and highly efficient
Community & Events Coordinator for our One Canalside development in Chelmsford.

This role would suit someone with a creative flair and passion for customer service and events. If you want to want to work in a sociable, fun and pet friendly environment then this could be the role for you

What do we offer?
- £25,000 - £30, % bonus

What will you do?

Marketing & Advertising the development, help spread the One Canalside way of life by being actively involved within the community and local businesses.
Update property social media pages weekly
Manage all leads that come through and follow up calls
Getting all tenancy packs ready and all relevant checks completed in a timely manner
Work with rest of the site team to ensure apartments are move in ready for new residents
Support the General Manager with renewals
Manage and support with move out to ensure process is as smooth as possible

What are we looking for?

Positive 'can do' attitude
Strong administrative skills
Passion and experience in delivering exceptional customer service
A creative flair
Proficient in the use of Microsoft IT packages.
