Job Description:

To provide manufacturing expertise in the assembly of flow batteries.

Responsibilities

Perform Incoming Inspection of subcomponents to set criteria
Perform preassembly and segregation of subcomponents
Assembly of multi layer complex sub assemblies
Use of 50 tonne press to compress subassemblies
Use of hand tools in the completion of subassemblies
Completion of QA test report
Rework activities associated with the teardown of subassemblies

Qualifications:

3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow complex work instructions
Good understanding of safe work practices
Ability to use hand and machine tools
High degree of accuracy in work
Not essential but having a forklift and electric pallet truck license would be an advantage
