TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE




WORKING HOURS:
9:00AM - 2:30PM


NG15 NOTTINGHAM

STARTING ASAP

£11.44 PER HOUR

Responsibilities:


Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:


  • Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience to all customers. Uphold a culture of service excellence in all interactions with customers.

Administrative Support:


  • Assist with various general administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Communication:


  • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries via chat messages.

First Impression:


  • Create a positive and lasting first impression with every customer.

Effective Customer Interaction:


  • Listen attentively and use effective questioning techniques to meet customer needs.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability to assist customers effectively.

Complaint Handling:


  • Ensure swift and efficient resolution of incoming complaints, followups, and inquiries.
  • Direct issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
