Job description

An opportunity has become available to join the Housing and Property, Technical Officer Team.


Working closely with your team manager and the departments property surveyors, you will be responsible for managing assigned programmes of work and keeping compliance across Fire, Electrical and Gas disciplines for example, up to date.

The role includes a wide variety of other tasks including dealing with Tennent queries and repairs issues.
