  • This is a hybrid role, where you will be meeting clients out in the community to offer them support with employment. The area you will cover is typically The Norwich Area. Your base will be sale Road, Norwich.

  • Salary: £25,750 Per annum
  • Mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

We're expanding This is a really exciting time to join our IPS Employment Service team. Are you a great people-person looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career supporting people on their mental health recovery journey to gain and retain paid employment? Would you like to work in a supportive team? Would a mixture of home working and working out in the local community suit you?


The role:

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will have a caseload of up to 20 clients.

You will help support your clients (who are on their mental health recovery journey) to secure and retain paid employment.


As part of your role, you will build strong relationships with local employers to support your clients back into work.

You will also liaise with mental health professionals who are supporting your clients, so that the best outcomes for the client can be achieved.

Within this role, you will be supported by your Team Leader and your colleagues.

Additionally, you will receive comprehensive initial training and ongoing training and development to enable you to provide your clients with the tools they need to gain and retain paid employment.

You will be provided with the equipment to carry out your role effectively (a laptop and mobile phone). This role offers a mixture of home working and travel into the community around the Norwich area.
