Description
Alfa Staff are recruiting Production Operatives for our Client in the Caerphilly Area.

This is a temporary to Permanent role which means after a 12 week period you will become a permanent employee and will receive a bonus.


Shifts:


1 week 6am to 2pm followed by 1 week 2pm to 10pm

Personal attributes:
-

  • Must pay attention to details and be accurate with any operations
  • Must not be phased by repetitive procedures.
  • Good literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness)
  • Must be physically fit as will involve standing for long periods
  • Be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to work alone
  • Must be motivated and a good time keeper
