Description

One of the largest professional services firms in the world is seeking a consultant to join their London based Rewards Solutions business.

The company advises Remuneration Committees, Boards, and Senior Management on pay levels, incentive design, selectingand establishing performance objectives, corporate governance, and joiner and leaver packages, and assists businesses going through transitions such as start-ups, IPOs, and disposals and acquisitions.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing executive pay consultancy, including assisting private firms in developing compensation systems tailored to their unique issues, as well as organisations preparing for an IPO prior to becoming public.
  • Expertise in the field of executive compensation, incorporating UK corporate governance on Executive Compensation, incentive design, performance calibration, stock plan values, benchmarking, and, preferably, financial services regulation.
  • Managing and supporting client engagements, which include identifying business challenges, devising solutions, and managing the RFP process with the client, Procurement, and Legal.
  • Delivering highquality professional assistance to clients, including client reports, and establishing yourself as a key contact for the customer.
  • Developing and training earlycareer team members in client execution.

Skills:


  • A demonstrated track record as a compensation consultant.
  • A detailed grasp of pay and the factors that influence compensation, with experience in incentive design, including performance measures selection and calibration.
  • Display a technical understanding of Executive Compensation, including UK Executive Compensation governance, investor relations, and regulatory requirements, articulate with clients and personnel to provide practical context.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships requires strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and needs.
  • Team player with demonstrated team mentorship experience, dedicated to working with and growing team members.
  • Ability to prioritise work and handle a variety of projects.
  • Good written and spoken communication abilities, as well as the ability to simplify and summarise complicated material depending on customer requirements.
  • A passion for at least one of the financial services, technology, or life sciences industries, as well as its present difficulties and prospects.
  • Professional qualifications (accountant, actuary, lawyer, CFA, and other comparable professions) and a bachelor's degree are recommended.
