Year 5 Teaching Assistant

I am looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a SEN background to work 1-1 with a child with challenging behaviour.

The school has suggested that this might be more suitable for a male assistant although this is not exclusive.
*Experience across Key stage 2
*Patience and understanding
*A calm and practical approach
*Strong relationship building skills
*Level 3 qualification in Support Teaching and Learning or equivalent
