Our client is a commercial property management company based in beautiful offices in the leafy area of Hampstead, NW3. A position has arisen for a Bookkeeper/Property Accountant to join their small & busy team.

Working within the accounts team managing all accounting transactions
Maintaining Purchase Ledger and setting up and managing payments to suppliers including utility companies
VAT Returns & PAYE

*Maintaining sales ledger and credit control from tenants

Reports for monthly rental accounts and providing detailed explanations for any variances on sales ledger
Monthly management (income expenditure) & accounts report analysis from Sage Line 50
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Preparing accounts up to trial balance and liaising with external auditors on audit queries and preparation of year end statutory accounts
Setting up and maintaining bank feeds and running of Sage Reports features
