Description
BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker/groundsperson for a sheltered housing retirement service based in the Beckenham area BR3

This is a 30 Hour a week, temporary position, initially for the next 6 months with the possibility of being extended,
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
Pay of £13.65 per hour - £21.294 per annum

To be the first point of call for residents and visitors to the service.
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and
Reporting any faults or repairs
Signposting information of local services
Arranging a nice coffee and cake morning, game of cards and scrabble.
Grounds maintenance, grass cutting, bush trimming, pruning, bits of DIY in and around the service.
To build familiarity with the residents
