You will have a proven track record in promoting and facilitating cultural change within an organisation, delivering high quality policy advice and support to senior stakeholders, and facilitating continuous improvement and enhanced community leadership.

In addition, you will have experience of developing strategic activity with key agencies, and working with partners to develop and co-ordinate effective partnerships.

This is an exciting time to join the Council.

An ambitious new Council Plan sets out Merton's priorities up to 2026, focussing on Building a Sustainable Future, Nurturing Civic Pride, and becoming a Borough of Sport.

The role of Policy, Strategy and Partnerships Officer is pivotal in driving these priorities forward.
