Healthcare Assistant
University Hospital Wishaw
30 hours per week - permanent post
Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out routine personal care/assist with routine examination duties for patients, in support of (and supervised by), a registered nurse/clinician.
The post holder will carry out assigned duties to maintain hygiene, order and safety within the ward/department environment

You will have an SVQII in healthcare or working towards, or equivalent experience working in a caring environment/role coupled with the ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
***: You must have effective written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment.
