Description

We are currently looking for Sales Negotiator to join our clients, a highly successful estate agency in the Didsbury area.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.45 am - 6 pm, Friday 8.45 am - 5 pm & Alternate Saturdays 9.00 am pm

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

£22,000
£25,000 Basic
based on experience

- £27,000 OTE

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

6 months experience working as a Sales Negotiator
A positive outlook
Personable
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Organised
Driven
Passion for the property industry

As a Sales Negotiator your role will involve:

Registering Applicants
Booking Viewings
Taking and Negotiating on Offers
Upselling on Financial Services and Conveyancing appointments
Providing Vendor Updates
